Return Policy:

Please note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for a change of mind or other reasons except for faulty products, so please shop carefully.

In case you find any fault with the products, please send us an email at dildreamgarments@gmail.com to request a return or exchange, and we will provide a return notification and email information/courier address to send the product back.

You must inform us on the same day that you receive the product if you wish to claim a return or exchange. If you do not inform us on the same day, you received the product, your return or exchange request will not be accepted

Please note that sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that the product should be unused and unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where you receive a faulty item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
