Important Notice:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or other non-fault-related reasons. Please shop carefully and ensure you are confident with your purchase before completing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy:

In case you find any fault with the products, please send us an email at dildreamgarments@gmail.com to request a return or exchange, and we will provide a return notification and email information/courier address to send the product back (the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost).

🔸 You must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your package. This video must show the product being taken out of the original packaging in one continuous shot.
❗️Without this video, your return will not be accepted.

🔸You must inform us on the same day that you receive the product if you wish to claim a return or exchange.

🔸If you do not inform us on the same day, you received the product, your return or exchange request will not be accepted

🔸Please note that sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

🔸Please note that the product should be unused and unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
